Management of Ski depository with RENT-ALL
With RENT-ALL you can number all the lockers or places in your ski depository and also define the amount of rental equipment that can be stored in the locker (e.g. 2-places locker, 4-places locker).
It will then be the task of RENT-ALL to keep control of the occupations, always indicating the numbers of the lockers available in a given period.
The price of the deposit can be calculated as forfait, for the rent of the entire locker, or according to the number of skis deposited. Two different methodologies, which guarantee flexibility of the system, adapting it to the specific requirements of your rental.
The RENT-ALL system uses the RFid technology, and is compatible with the main deposit systems skis on the market.
YES! With the system RENT-ALL it is possible to rent only the storage lockers, therefore also to customers who arrive for rent with their skis. You can also easily manage this kind of situation: a family rents skis for mom and son, while dad has his own skis. Everyone wants the deposit service.
NO! The contract is one, complete with ski and deposit. Therefore, if a customer decides to extend the rental, the corresponding deposit is automatically extended.
On this point RENT-ALL is configurable: I can decide that the software will automatically free the deposit at the end of the rental period, or not.
