With RENT-ALL every user/rental staff member who accesses the software has a personal account (login and password) which permits to identify each their operation.
In this way it is also possible to allow or forbid some of the functionality of the system to guarantee the correct operating to each member of the rental staff, according to their different skills.
For example, it is possible to allow the closing of the accounts and the calculation of the daily rental income only to some employees and forbidding access to others, or to prevent all collaborators from making changes of the price lists or of the rental items registry.
There are many others of profiling possibilities for the users according to his skills. The system will always remember who and when has done a specific operation.
