The management of multiple locations: quick and easy.

With RENT-ALL you can manage more rental points quickly and easily. The customer can rent the equipment at one rental location and then decide to return it to another point. You can check the actual availability of each location in real time from any rental point.
In order to take advantage of this feature, you need to enter the various rental shops in the registry: the system will then assign a colour to each of them, to simplify their identification.
This means that when a checklist of rental articles, contracts or bookings is displayed, a coloured square () will be always visible on the side which will identify the home rental.
In this way it will be easy and intuitive to understand which rental has done a specific operation or contract, or to know where the equipment is located.
Knowing the rental where the bike or the sci equipment were delivered and the rental point where it will be picked up is no more a problem!
Another very useful feature: for optimal booking management, RENT-ALL will tell you if all tomorrow's bookings can be completed, or if you need to move some bikes from one location to another.
